"Post-harvest fruit quality inspection in industrial conveyor environments is constrained by the absence of realistic video datasets. Existing benchmarks predominantly consist of static images collected under controlled conditions, lacking the temporal dynamics, full-surface coverage, and industrial-grade annotations needed for real-world deployment. To bridge this gap, we present FruitRoll-360,the first gravity-driven rolling video dataset for industrial fruit sorting.It comprises 13,128 annotated video clips captured on a live factory production line using a dual-conveyor platform that enables natural 360 degree full-surface rotation without mechanical contact. Each clip is annotated with frame-level quality-grade labels following the three-class industrial standard , supporting multi-grade quality assessment and full-surface defect detection. "
