This brain shows an example of very dense bulk projection labelling imaged with BrainSaw serial section 2-photon. We here show only the 25 micron isotropic data volume. The sample was imaged at 800 nm (155~mW at the sample) Data are from Chaofei Bao (Erlich Lab, SWC). Animals were injected with AAV-CAG-EGFP and AAV-EF1-mCherry.
