Single plasmid vectors encoding both antimicrobial resistance and virulence in ST15 K. pneumoniae

Annotated sequences of single plasmids detected in ST15 isolates collected in Norway, which mobilise genes encoding antimicrobial resistance (including ESBL in one strain), hypervirulence-associated aerobactin synthesis (iuc locus) and hypermucoidy phenotype through capsule upregulation (rmpA2).
