The goal of this project was to produce a sequence for the Allorecognition Complex (ARC) of Hydractinia symbiolongicarpus strain 236-21, which is homozygous for a single ARC haplotype. We produced a whole genome assembly and then identified contigs spanning the ARC. Strand-specific RNAseq data was used to annotate genes on these contigs.
