Transcriptome of human induced neuroprogenitor cells (hiNPCs) infected with different ZIKV strains

Zika virus (ZIKV) infection during pregnancy has been associated with microcephaly, a malformation resulting from neuroinflammation and direct effects of virus replication on the developing brain. However, the exact changes in the affected inflamed central nervous system (CNS) remain unknown. Here we have data on transcriptome of human induced-neuroprogenitor stem cells (hiNPCs) infected with ZIKV in order to undestand the immune response upon virus infection.
