To investigate the gene expression difference between resting astrocytes and C3d+ reactive astrocytes. Overall design: Astrocytes were isolated from P0 C57BL/6 mice and were treated with IL-1a/TNFa/C1q Cocktail to acquire a C3d+ reactive phenotype. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for resting astrocytes (no treatment) and C3d+ reactive astrocytes, each group has 4 separate duplications.
