Station-month panel, station classification and replication code for a study ofcounterparty-generated demand risk in road build-operate-transfer contracts. Thepanel covers 57 measurement series for the 58 BOT toll stations of 51 operatingroad BOT projects on the Vietnamese national highway network, over 30 months fromJanuary 2024 to June 2026, compiled from Vietnam Road Administration records.The accompanying script reproduces every estimate in the manuscript, including thecomplete enumeration of placebo assignments used for inference.
