MSU Video Super Resolution Benchmark is a dataset dedicated to video super-resolution tasks. It encompasses the most complex content types in the detail restoration task: human faces, text, QR codes, license plates, textures without explicit patterns, and fine-grained details. The dataset videos feature diverse motion types and multiple degradation modes: bicubic interpolation (BI), Gaussian blur, and downsampling (BD). All input video sequences have a resolution of 480×320.
