Fifty four breast cancer patients receiving neoadjuvant therapy were enrolled. Pretreatment tumor tissue or peripheral blood samples underwent targeted sequencing of 76 breast cancer related genes, including homologous recombination repair (HRR) associated genes. Plasma exosomal miRNA sequencing was performed on pretreatment samples from nine patients.
