Microbial community of membrane-based fermenter

Project includes the amplicon-coded sequence data of samples obtained from different runs of membrane-based fermenter. Reactors were run under the presence of acetate and ethanol for chain elongation. Project includes samples from inoculum, biofilm adhered to membrane tube and liquid phase. In the membrane tube different sections were analyzed.
