资源简介:
all_tracks_population.zipFlight tracks of hummingbird hawkmoths with different visual patterns mounted to the sides of a flight tunnel. The folder contains individual Matlab files, which each contain all flight tracks collected for one condition (indicated in the name: symmetrically mounted random checkerboards, vertical and horizontal sinusoidal stripes, grey and white walls, as well as asymmetrically mounted vertical stripes on one side ("up") and horizontal stripes on the other side of the tunnel ("down")). The individual flight tracks are saved in one cell. Each cell entry contains one flight track, with position along the length of the tunnel in mm in the first column and along the width of the tunnel in the second column.
summary_population.zipContains summary measures calculated from each individual flight track in the central 80 cm of the tunnel. "position": the median of the lateral positions of each flight track, "speed": the average flight speed (as the average of all inter-frame velocities), "in flight variation": the standard deviation of the lateral positions of each flight track, "max speed": calculated as the 90% quantile of inter‐frame flight speeds. Each flight track was treated as an individual and independent data-point.
all_tracks_individual.zip, summary_individual.zipcontain the same information as the above files, from the individual training experiment. The files also contain the variable "ID", which indicates animal identity for each flight track and summary measure.
