rENM Framework v0.1.0 Example Runs

Pipeline run outputs produced by the rENM Framework v0.1.0 for three North American bird species — Cassin's Sparrow (Peucaea cassinii), Greater Roadrunner (Geococcyx californianus), and Brown-capped Rosy-Finch (Leucosticte australis). Each run covers nine five-year bins spanning 1980–2020 and was interpreted using two large language models (ChatGPT and Claude) via the rENM.ai package, yielding six run directories in total. Each directory contains per-bin ENM outputs (suitability predictions, binary range maps, variable selection results, and model statistics), cross-bin trend summaries, and species-level climatological summaries. The input data used to produce these runs are archived separately as rENM Framework v0.1.0 Example Data.
