Full dataset by Study ID

This dataset is from a cross-sectional study where 50+ yo female participants (not taking antibiotics and not having a UTI for 12 month prior to baseline date) provided a fecal sample. The sample was examined for the presence of E. coli, sensitive or resistant to one of the three antibiotic groups: fluoroquinolones, trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole and/or third-generation cephalosporins. Participants were monitored for 18 month for the incidence of UTI, in which case the urine sample (if provided) was examined for the presence of E. coli found in baseline fecal sample. The dataset contains de-identified information by study participants, with all fecal and (where applicable) urine sample analysis results and Entry IDs for Metadata and Whole Genome Sequencing results - everything that was used for creation of Figures and Tables in the manuscript "Personalized prediction of UTI risk and antibiotic susceptibility based on gut E. coli.".
