This project aims to comprehensively characterize the microbiome, metagenome, and associated molecular signatures in healthy and diseased racing camels. Using multi-omics approaches, including metagenomic sequencing and microbial profiling, we investigate differences in microbial communities and functional pathways associated with health and disease states.
