Gastric Cancer Tissue Single-Cell Sequencing Dataset

This dataset contains 4 single-cell sequencing data of gastric cancer tissue samples from patients, including 2 samples from patients undergoing surgical treatment, 1 sample from patients undergoing chemotherapy+immunotherapy+surgical treatment, and 1 sample from patients undergoing chemotherapy+anti angiogenic therapy+immunotherapy+surgical treatment. Fresh tissue samples were washed twice with pre cooled RPMI 1640+0.04% BSA medium under sterile conditions; Then cut it into pieces of about 0.5mm ³, add enzymatic solution and digest it at 37 ℃ for 30 minutes. During this period, mix it upside down every 10 minutes; The digested cell suspension was filtered twice through a BD 40 μ m cell sieve, centrifuged, and the precipitate was resuspended in culture medium. An equal volume of red blood cell lysis buffer was added, and the supernatant was discarded after centrifugation at 4 ° C for 10 minutes; Wash the precipitate with culture medium and centrifuge again to discard the supernatant. Finally, the cell pellet was resuspended in 100 μ l of culture medium and the cell concentration and viability were calculated using a Luna cell counter. Perform single-cell sequencing analysis on the sample using 10 × single-cell transcriptome sequencing technology.
