Cerebrovascular Reactivity: CO2 inhalation and resting state comparisons
收藏资源简介:
# Cerebrovascular Reactivity: CO2 inhalation and resting state comparisons ## Description Thirty-five healthy adult subjects with no prior history of neurological or psychiatric disorder were included in this dataset. The goal is to compare CVR computed using breathing challenges (CO2-inhalation) to relative-CVR obtained from resting-state data only. A subset of this dataset is also a subset of https://openneuro.org/datasets/ds004604 ## Rawdata - Anatomical data: a standard T1w image was acquired for each subject. - Functional data: each subject underwent an fMRI scan with blocs of CO2 inhalation challenges as well as a six-minutes resting state session. - Physiological data: breath CO2 was recorded using a capnograph during the fMRI acquisition for the CO2 inhalation task. ## Derivatives - Directory fmriprep_v21.0.4, fMRIPrep version 21.0.4, using the --use-aroma option. - Directory cvrmap_2.0.25: CVRmap v2.0.25 with default parameters. Uses only the CO2 inhalation challenge data (fMRI and physiological monitoring). - Directory cvrmap_2.0.25_rs_gs: CVRmap v2.0.25 with the options '--task restingstate' and '--globalsignal'. Uses only the resting-state data. Compute relative CVR by using global signal as a surrogate for end-tidal CO2. - Directory cvrmap_2.0.25_rs_vs: CVRmap v2.0.25 with the options '--task restingstate' and '--vesselsignal'. Uses only the resting-state data. Compute relative CVR by using vessel signal as a surrogate for end-tidal CO2.
