Integrated 16S rRNA amplicon and RNA sequencing analysis in a murin e model of alcohol-induced liver injury with probiotic supplementation

This project includes 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing and RNA sequencing data generated from a murine model of alcohol-induced liver injury. Mice were divided into four groups: normal diet (ND), alcohol diet (AD), alcohol diet supplemented with Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus GG (ADG), and alcohol diet supplemented with Lacticaseibacillus paracasei WiKim0110 (ADW). Intestinal microbiota profiling was performed using 16S rRNA sequencing, and host transcriptome analysis was conducted in liver and intestinal tissues.
