Major Transit Stops Planned 2050 Half Mile Buffer (MTPSCS 2025)

Transit Priority Areas refer to an area within one-half mile of a major transit stop that is existing and planned. Major transit stops in the 2025 Metropolitan Transportation Plan/Sustainable Communities Strategy (MTP/SCS) ½ mile buffers around existing and planned major transit stops in the 2025 Metropolitan Transportation Plan/Sustainable Communities Strategy (MTP/SCS). AB 2097 eliminates many local government parking minimums within a half mile of existing and planned major transit stops. This map is for illustrative purposes only and was not drafted with the express approval of all local governments in the SACOG region. Local governments are the lead agencies responsible for making the final determination on AB 2097’s application.
