Exogenous fungal endophthalmitis outbroke in South Korea from September 2020 to June 2021.Patients' samples, which are contaminated ocular samples, such as IOL, capsule, aqueous humor, and vitreous humor, were collected and sequenced for microbial metagenomic analysis, including fungi.Our goal is to establish relevance between the fungal metagenomics results and clinical phenotypes and outcomes.
