Methylated RNA Immunoprecipitation Sequencing of dendritic cells in different development stages

Using m6A immunoprecipitation together with high-throughput sequencing (meRIP-seq), we potrayed the dynamic distribution pattern of m6A modification in the mRNA transcripts of immature DC, mature DC and regulatory DC, aiming to explored the funcion and mechanisms of m6A during DC maturation, activation and differentiation , or maybe other important processes like migration and antigen presentation. This may shed light on the function of m6A in innate and adaptive immune system in an epigenic transcriptome level. Overall design: Total six samples were prepared and analyzed for imDC, maDC and DCreg, each have a replicate.
