(1)数据资产名称北京北中轴(景山以北部分)三维模型,可通过《数据服务三方协议》全部或部分授权使用。①点云——指通过激光扫描方式获取的地理要素几何信息,LAS格式;②白膜——指表现地理要素主体的空间位置、几何形态及外观,而外立面无纹理的三维模型,OBJ格式;③控制点——指通过北京城市控制网四等平面和高程等级控制点引测获得的地面控制数据;④全景照片——指作为纹理信息的反映,JPEG格式。(2)数据资产规模数据范围为北中轴(景山以北)长约1.5公里,主干道路两侧第一排建筑范围内的道路、建筑和附属设施实体模型。面积约0.058平方公里。(3)数据资产产生方式数据资产由北京市测绘设计研究院自主投入,采用直接采集方式获取并通过自主加工完成,概述如下:①地面控制采用北京GNSS网络RTK测量技术布设平面控制点,采用电磁波测距施测三级导线;高程控制测量方法采用水准测量,以北京市等级水准点、城市中心区一级加密控制点作为首级控制点。②三维点云和全景照片采用机载\车载\背包式激光扫描仪采集。③白膜为采用3Dmax软件,结合实景照片,通过挤出、分割、移动等操作对点、线、面进行编辑制作的,包含道路要素和建筑白膜。(4)数据资产更新频率空间数据具有采集时点特性,本次提供的数据不提供更新服务。

(1) Data Asset Name: 3D Model of Beijing North Central Axis (Northern Section North of Jingshan Mountain), which may be fully or partially authorized for use pursuant to the Data Service Tripartite Agreement. The specific data types are listed below: ① Point cloud: Geometric information of geographic features obtained via laser scanning, stored in LAS format; ② Untextured 3D model: A 3D model that depicts the spatial location, geometric form and overall appearance of geographic features, without textures on the exterior facades, stored in OBJ format; ③ Control point: Ground control data derived from the fourth-order plane and elevation grade control points of the Beijing Urban Control Network; ④ Panoramic photo: JPEG-format files used as texture information to reflect actual scene conditions. (2) Data Asset Scale: The data covers solid models of roads, buildings and ancillary facilities within the range of the first row of buildings on both sides of the main road, along the 1.5-kilometer-long section of the Beijing North Central Axis (north of Jingshan Mountain), with a total area of approximately 0.058 square kilometers. (3) Data Asset Generation Method: This data asset was independently invested by Beijing Institute of Surveying and Mapping, obtained through direct collection and processed independently, with details as follows: ① Ground Control Survey: Plane control points were laid using the Beijing GNSS Network RTK survey technology, and third-order traverses were measured via electromagnetic distance measurement; For elevation control survey, leveling method was adopted, with Beijing grade leveling points and first-level encrypted control points in the urban central area serving as the primary control benchmarks. ② 3D point clouds and panoramic photos were collected using airborne, vehicle-mounted and backpack-style laser scanners. ③ The untextured 3D models were created by editing points, lines and polygons through operations such as extrusion, segmentation and translation, using 3ds Max software combined with real-world photos, including road features and building untextured 3D models. (4) Data Asset Update Frequency: Spatial data possesses the attribute of being tied to its acquisition timestamp, and no update service will be offered for the dataset provided herein.
