Complete transcriptome analysis of gene expression in colorectal cancer cells treated with ß-elemene

We treated HCT116 cells with ß -elememe to find the differential expression of the gene in the treatment of colorectal cancer by transcriptome sequencing. Overall design: ß-- Elememe has a certain therapeutic effect on colorectal cancer, and we used a certain concentration of ß-- Elememe to treat colorectal cancer cells for whole-transcriptome sequencing to study the related mechanism.
