LCI Qualifying Income and Health Areas

This is the subset of parcels that meet the FIRST TWO of the three "specified criteria" in the King County code 26.12.003J definition of "Opportunity Areas". Areas within King County that:(a) "are located in a census tract in which the median household income is in the lowest one-third for median household income for census tracts in King County;(b) "are located in a ZIP code in which hospitalization rates for asthma, diabetes, and heart disease are in the highest one-third for ZIP codes in King County.The LCI Opportunity Areas (natres.lci_opportunity_parcel_area) feature shows the parcels meeting all three criteria.如需了解该图层的更多信息，请查阅地理信息系统（GIS）数据目录。本数据集为符合金县（King County）法规26.12.003J中“机遇区域”定义的三项指定标准前两项的地块子集。金县范围内符合以下任一条件的区域：(a) 所处人口普查片区的家庭收入中位数位列金县所有人口普查片区最低三分之一区间；(b) 所处邮政编码区域的哮喘、糖尿病及心脏病住院率位列金县所有邮政编码区域最高三分之一区间。LCI机遇区域（natres.lci_opportunity_parcel_area）要素图层展示了满足全部三项标准的地块。
