Covalent aptamer library

Covalent aptamers for antibodies may be useful in the construction of antibody-DNA conjugates. To this end, a displayed aptamer library was modified with NHS-ester warheads and selected for binding to mouse IgG1. The Illumina sequence data represents the library after 6 rounds of selection.
