A global daily mesoscale front dataset from satellite observations (old version)

A global daily mesoscale front dataset based on ESA CCI SST dataset spanning from 1982 to 2023 Please see the new dataset at: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.20356239 The front data from 1982 to 2023 is stored in the file front_warm_cold.zip, which contains 42 MATLAB MAT-files in version 7.3 format. In the front_warm_cold.zip MAT-files, the variable "front" represents the front data, where frontal lines are indicated by values of -10, 10, and 30. The warm side is represented by "front" > 0, while the cold side is represented by "front" < 0. The lonlat.mat file contains variables for longitude and latitude.
