This repository contains the scripts to reproduce the results of Guo and Wang.
Directories had to be zipped to be downloaded. Please start by unzipping them.
If you wish to run the scripts and reproduce the results, you will first download the PRIDE PPP-AR software (https://github.com/PrideLab/PRIDE-PPPAR) to process RINEX observation files.
1. Data
The data files obtained using single-day data processing and continuous processing strategies are converted into the same format as the data files used in the Bletery program.
1.1 TSfile(gapdata)_singleday: Data concatenation files obtained using the single-day processing strategy.
1.2 TSfile(gapdata)_continueday: Data concatenation files obtained using the continuous processing strategy.
1.3 TSfile(fulldata)_singleday: Missing values are interpolated by averaging the preceding and following data points for TSfile(gapdata)_singleday.
1.4 TSfile(fulldata)_continueday: Missing values are interpolated by averaging the preceding and following data points for TSfile(gapdata)_continueday.
1.5 station_single_200km: On the basis of interpolation, the influence of common mode error (CME) is removed for TSfile(fulldata)_singleday.
1.6 station_continue_200km: On the basis of interpolation, the influence of CME is removed for TSfile(fulldata)_continueday.
2. different location of hypocenter
Investigating the impact of different source locations on the stacking results.
2.1 The folders 1-55 contain results from different source locations, including time series and computed dot product stack.
2.2 cal_stack2h.m is a MATLAB script used to compute the normalized stacking of the average values of the time series during the two-hour period prior to the earthquake.
2.3 LB.txt is the file that contains the hypocenter locations used for testing purposes.
3. different-distance
The different-distance folder contains data used to assess the effect of CME on the results at various distances from the hypocenter.
3.1 serlect.bat is a batch file used to compute and extract stations within specified epicentral distance ranges.
3.2 The station_single_x00km folder contains the results of calculations after removing the CME at various distances.
4. Uniqueness_signals
The Uniqueness_signals folder contains data utilized to assess whether the observed signals are attributable to noise.
You need to change the absolute paths of all matlab files to your own!
