Table showing enrichments of positively selected genes, as identified by the PAML branch and branch-site models and HyPhy aBSREL, and negatively selected genes identified by the PAML branch model, within gene sets associated with terms from the Human Phenotype Ontology (HPO), Mammalian Phenotype Ontology (MPO), and Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man (OMIM). Enrichment tests were conducted using hypergeometric testing.
