Data supporting Table 3 and Figure 2 from Reciprocal abundance shifts of the intertidal sea stars, <i>Evasterias troschelii</i> and <i>Pisaster ochraceus</i>, following sea star wasting disease.

Days to expressing disease and mortality for Evasterias and Pisaster over 28 days. Description of experimental set up can be found in methods section 2.2. For each tank (‘tank’, 1:10), we provide information on the day of monitoring (‘day’, 1:27), the species (‘species’, either ‘Pisaster’ or ‘Evasterias’), the percentage that remained visibly uninfected (‘percent_healthy) or dead (percent_dead), the number remaining uninfected (‘num_healthy’, 0:5), alive (‘num_alive’), or dead (num_dead), and the number showing disease symptoms (‘num_sick’, 0:5) on a given day. To complete survival analysis we report the census data for day of first disease symptom (‘census_sick’) and day or mortality (‘census_dead’).
