Proteomic data of DIA in flag and -2nd leaves of wheat

Source-to-sink transport plays a crucial role in determining crop yield. This study provides a comprehensive analysis of proteome variations in the "source" tissues, specifically focusing on the flag leaf and the second leaf from the top (-2nd leaf) of wheat during the grain filling stage. The investigation covers the period from 10 to 40 days after anthesis (DAA) and employs a DIA-based proteomics approach.
