The study was aimed at identifying the effect of gluten free diet (GFD) in Celiac disease patient after 6 months of GFD. In this longitudinal study we collected stool sample at two time points before staring GFD and six months after GFD. We observed variation in gut microbal communities. The pathogenic bacteria were not detected at GFD stage. Bifidobacterium has increased 100 fold.
