RNAseq analysis of SDS22 degron cell lines Overall design: Two cell types are investigated under two conditions in three independent experiments, resulting in 12 samples (i.e. 2x2x3). The two cell types are: HCT116 Tet-OsTIR1 (parental) and HCT116 Tet-OsTIR1 SDS22 WT (SDS22). The two conditions are (1) untreated, (2) treated with 2 µg/ml doxycycline and 500 µM IAA.
