We established a RCAS-BRAF V600E murine model and we analyzed the tumor infiltrating immune cells at the late stage of the tumor progression. Overall design: Immune cells from the TME were isolated at day 3 post-treatment, and processed for Total RNA extraction and Total RNA sequencing.
