Field Margin Photovoltaics – ArcGIS Workflow and Python Toolbox (Supplementary Data S1)

This dataset contains the ArcGIS Pro Python toolbox, standalone Python script, and ModelBuilder schematic developed for the study "A GIS modelling approach to analyse capacities for field margin based photovoltaics on the landscape level – with a case study for the West of- Lower Saxony (Germany)". The workflow identifies and classifies agricultural field margins based on their suitability for photovoltaic (PV) systems, considering orientation and shading effects derived from Basic-DLM data.
