Ostracism

The dataset consists of data collected from 473 teachers. The first nine items measure teacher ostracism at Time 1, the following nine items measure work engagement at Time 1, and the next 17 items (comprising items on delegation of authority [N=3], responsibility assignment [N=3], and support [N=11]) measure empowering leadership. This structure continues similarly across the two time points. The final section contains the mean scores of the key variables for each time point.
