This FAIRsharing record describes: In 2010, the Alliance of Science Organizations adopted the “Principles for the Handling of Research Data”, which advocate the long-term preservation of research data, open access to research data and the consideration of disciplinary regulations in the handling of research data. The “Guidelines for the Handling of Research Data” specify the framework set out in the “Principles” in the context of DFG funding regulations.
