Integrated Genomic Analysis of a Stem Cell Model of Overgrowth Syndrome with Intellectual Disability (WGBS)

We profiled genome-wide DNA methylation, H3K27me3 histone modification, and gene transcription in embryonic stem cell-derived neural stem cells harboring mutations in Dnmt3a associated with overgrowth syndrome with intellectual disability. Whole genome bisulfite sequencing (WGBS) performed on wild-type and Dnmt3a knock-out embryonic stem cells. Additionally, WGBS was performed on wild-type, Dnmt3a knock-out, I306N, G528S, M544K, and P900L embryonic stem cell-derived neural stem cells.
