Lymph_node_panorama

This repository contains the raw and processed Imaging Mass Cytometry (IMC) data used in the manuscript "Optimizing multiplexed imaging experimental design through tissue spatial segregation estimation". Briefly, a large (>3mm2) region was imaged in two healthy human lymph node samples using IMC. Data were processed using the Steinbock pipeline and then analysed with an in-house script.
