Simulations of flow in low aspect-ratio curved channels (low to moderate Dean numbers)

Dataset for "Fluid flow in low aspect-ratio curved channels : from small to moderate Dean numbers " article Directory Case_delta1 contains the simulation results for a curved channel with a curvature ratio delta_1. Each subdirectory corresponds to a different Reynolds number and in it's turn contains the corresponding simulation results : *.asc files which have the channel geometry, velocity fiels and pressure fields. residus.out containing the simulation residuals. vmean.out containing the computed mean flow velocity at each iteration. The same structure is kept for the rest of the directories, case_delta4_lambda2 corresponds to a curved channel with a curvature ratio delta_4 and aspect ratio lambda2 (see article). The python script read_asc.py is provided for to read the *.asc files. The remaining *.txt files summarize relevant values for each simulation case.
