The files available here are associated with a research project that investigated sequence changes in beta myosin that are associated with reduced heart rate as mammal body mass increases.<br>myh7.fasta contains the multiple sequence alignment of the beta myosin sequences.<br>myh7_plot_H_3.csv is a comma separated file that contains the body masses of the species and the alignment in a a CSV format.<br>Source file for Nat Comms - this file contains the raw experimental data for the project.
