ZIP-file containing widefield images from MCF7 (GFP) 3D co-cultures (Human Dermal Fibroblasts, RFP) embedded in alginate capsules and grown in a stirred tank bioreactor. Images are RGB with the GFP and brightfield channels represented by green and gray colors, respectively. The pixelsize is 1.84 micron. Images are in TIF format.
