'Baichang' mulberry in different developmental stages

In this study, 'Baichang' mulberry was cultivated in the germplasm resource nursery of the Institute of Environment and Plant Protection, Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences (Danzhou, Hainan, China). Three non-peripheral adult trees with healthy growth, good nutritional status and no pests and diseases were randomly selected as test materials. Fruits 12d (immature, S1), 24d (medium ripe, S2), and 36d (perfect ripe, S3) after flowering were randomly collected for RNA-seq.
