RNA-Seq of wild type and Nfic-/- mice pancreata

To assess the role of Nfic in pancreatic development and homeostasis we used constitutive Nfic knockout mice. RNA-Seq of 4 wild type and 3 Nfic-/- pancreata from 8-10 week-old mice为探究核因子I/C（Nfic）在胰腺发育与体内稳态中的作用，本研究采用了组成型Nfic基因敲除小鼠。对8-10周龄小鼠的4份野生型胰腺组织与3份Nfic-/-胰腺组织开展了RNA测序（RNA-Seq）。
