Gene expression of RAW264.7 with or without Pdpn expression before and after H. pylori infection

The effect of Podoplanin (Pdpn) expression on the differential expression profile of RAW264.7 cells has been characterised in wildtype, Pdpn knockout cells and Pdpn overexpressed cells before and after H. pylori infection using 770 genes from the NanoString Mouse PanCancer Pathways Panel. Three models of RAW264.7 cell lines including wildtype, Pdpn knockout and Pdpn overexpressed were seeded and infected with H. pylori SS1 strain at MOI 10:1 for 24 hours. PBS was used as mock infection and experiement were carried out with biological duplicates. RNA were harvested from all 12 samples, quantified and subjected to NanoString mouse PanCancer Pathways Panel with 770 genes.
