<h3>Project Summary</h3> Marine Corps Staff Noncommissioned Officer (SNCO) Enlisted Education Project was a small project designed to assess the impact on organizational ability to accomplish mission and the potential return on investment of placing SNCOs with advanced degrees in select organizations. Data consist of 19 transcripts of semi-structured interviews and focus groups conducted at Marine Corps Base Quantico (Virginia) in 2012. Also included are a project overview and an example of a public domain applied research outcome from the project, which may provide useful context for data users or serve as a type of data for those studying applied social science.
