Simulated Datasets of GEAMT

This simulated dataset is designed for detecting SNP (Single Nucleotide Polymorphism) interactions, generated using the GEMETES 2.1 software. It includes six models with marginal effects and six models without marginal effects. For each model, 50 datasets were generated, resulting in a total of 600 datasets. Each dataset comprises 1,000 SNPs and 4,000 samples. Each sample is labeled to indicate whether it corresponds to a healthy or diseased individual. Each SNP is represented by one of three possible values: 0, 1, and 2, corresponding to the homozygous major genotype, heterozygous genotype, and homozygous minor genotype, respectively.
