The Excel file contains five tabs, each corresponding to a distinct reference dataset. Based on the ENCODE deconvolution reference, only ‘Smooth muscle cell of the pulmonary artery’and ‘Aortic smooth muscle cell’ showed statistically significant differences between regenerative and non-regenerative digits at post-amputation day 0 (adjusted P-value = 0.04) and day 7 (adjusted P-value = 0.015). The remaining four reference datasets did not show significant findings.
