VPRS 5497 Index to Company Cases

This index was created to provide access to company application files located in VPRS 13033.This series consists of an index to applications made to the Supreme Court under the Companies Statute. Prior to 1936, these applications were registered in VPRS 5498 Company and Miscellaneous Register. Details given are the names(s) of the applicant(s) and the number allocated the application. For a number of applications an additional notation gives the reason for the application such as winding up, reduction of capital or scheme of arrangement.
