"The July 2011 Final EA prepared for the proposed action reference above provides a comprehensive analysis of potential environmental effects. With the implementation of recommended mitigation measures, neither individual nor cumulative environmental impacts of the proposed action will be significant. Based on consultation with the State Historic Preservation Office, within the Alabama Historical Commission, adverse effects to resources eligible for listing on the National Register of Historic Places would be mitigated by performing specific actions in their letter dated July 1, 2011.
