Organ of Corti size is governed by Yap/Tead-mediated progenitor self-renewal

We report on gene expression, chromatin accessibility, active histone marks distribution, and Tead DNA-binding in proliferating and postmitotic organ of Corti progenitor cells. Examination of gene expression (RNA-seq), chromatin accessibility (ATAC), histone modifications (CUT&RUN), and Tead-binding (CUT&RUN) in 2 cell types.本研究报道了增殖态与有丝分裂后柯蒂氏器 (organ of Corti) 祖细胞中的基因表达、染色质可及性、活性组蛋白标记分布以及Tead DNA结合情况。本研究对两种细胞类型的基因表达（RNA测序 (RNA-seq)）、染色质可及性（ATAC）、组蛋白修饰（CUT&RUN）以及Tead结合（CUT&RUN）进行了检测分析。
