United States Construction Cost Database (USCCDB) v1.0: 2,849,829 sourced observations from U.S. public documents

USCCDB, the United States Construction Cost Database, holds 2,849,829 rows (2,743,751 with a value) of construction cost observations from 2,375 U.S. public sources: Davis-Bacon prevailing wages, BLS wages, construction cost and producer price indexes, DoD and USACE area and equipment factors, Census building permits and spending, HUD cost limits, and FHWA and state DOT bid prices. One row is one observation of an item, in a region, at a point in time, with the evidence URL, source page and licence. It is the companion of the Japan Construction Cost Database (JCCDB) and uses the same columns. Rows from sources that limit reuse are not included.
